    The chef’s current menu includes:

    Starter:
    Whelk delight, cucumber emulsion and confit tomatoes / Veal tartar with Brittany oysters and fresh herbs

    Main course:
    Pearl hake, bouillabaisse jus and spring vegetables / Veal kidneys, artichokes, olives and “Moroccan lemon”

    Dessert:
    Vanilla Soufflé and Dark chocolate coulis / Raspberry macaroon and creamy mascarpone
